"This was an EXCELLENT documentary about a beautiful Art Deco building in Downtown Los Angeles. If you like Old L.A., history, or architecture this is a must see. Chevalier and director Seth Shulman did a wonderful job telling the story about this GEM of architecture and the story of James Oviatt."
